The Humble Emporium Limited, trading as HumbleFood.online, offers returns for most items within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policies.
At HumbleFood.online we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, you may want to return items and you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
Statutory Cancellation Right
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item
Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that items must be returned unopened, unused and undamaged.The following products cannot be returned under the returns guarantee (unless defective):
Goods made freshly to your order, specifications or clearly personalised

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
The Humble Emporium Limited will refund the purchase price and cost of returning an item, if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn't received in unused and unopened condition.

Starting the Returns Process
Items can only be accepted for return with a RETURNS FORM. We would ask in the first instance that you contact us if there is a problem with your order. We may be able to resolve the issue without your needing to return an item.
Should you still need to return an item, we will email you a RETURNS FORM, which should be completed and included with the returned item. Any refunds due to you, or items to be shipped, will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of your return
